Necessary Files
There are many necessary files to use emulators. Here I will provide links and explanation of each of the files. I will also tell you how to work them.

First, is WINZIP. This program shortens downloads by compressing them. In other words, it makes downloading easier. Go to www.winzip.com - and click on evalution trail. Save it under OTHER FILES. Next, go to WINDOWS EXPLORER and open the application. Now you have WINZIP! Next time you dowload a file, just right mouse click on it and select EXTRACT TO HERE located under the WINZIP drop box.

Now you need DIRECTX. This is located in my Fav. Links page. Just follow the directions onscreen, and when it completes, open WINDOWS EXPLORER and open the application. Now just store it somewhere safe and don't open it.

Last you will need three necessary files that I do not contain on my site. I do have a link to another tutorial(but ya'know mine's better)that has them. After downloaading and unzipping, sore them in a safe place and never open them.

Your done! Have fun emulating.

WINZIP: A file compression system.

DIRECTX: A program that allows you to play games on your computer, whether it is emulation or comp. games.

THREE Files: Necessary but I have no clue what they do.
